Sub-Zero Wolf Holiday Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

6 Eggs: Hard boiled and peeled

4 Teaspoons of Sour Cream

1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil

1/2 Teaspoon of Yellow Mustard

Garnish of Your Choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place eggs in a medium size pan, cover with water. Bring to boil. Simmer for 4 minutes and remove from heat. Let the eggs sit in the pan for 4-5 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

  2. Peel eggs and halve each lengthwise.

  3. Scoop the yolks in a medium size mixing bowl. Be careful not to damage the egg whites at this step.

  4. Mix the sour cream, olive oil, and yellow mustard.

  5. Spoon the mixture into each egg white half.

  6. Sprinkle with your garnish of choice.
